Please Note: We will NEVER add an extra charge to a service without asking you first if you wish us to proceed (except perhaps a small item, like a light bulb for example, which only costs a pound or two)

We are a bit old fashioned in that, when we replace a part in a machine, we will give you the part which we have removed from the machine. This practice is less common nowadays but was traditionally done, by reputable appliance repairers, as the customers guarantee that the replacement has been done.

We pride ourselves on the quality of the services we provide, our engineers take the time required to complete each job with the care & attention that it deserves.

Because of this our wait time can vary, if you would like any advice or to pre-book your machine into skip the wait time please give us a call on 01502 714234 where our friendly staff can help you further.
