This is the successor to the Lotus which has 8 built in stitches includes stretch stitches plus a 4-step automatic buttonhole (as opposed to the semi-automatic buttonhole in the lotus. Also the fold down flaps are removeable like in the Lotus TSP, but this model has a much longer and more practical free-arm.

The Stella also has an electronic motor with pneumatic foot control and a sliding speed control which sets the maximum speed.
